My name is Jason Giovannettone, and I serve the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas as the Director of the Department of Climate and Sustainability.  A major objective associated with this position is to perform research on  sustainability topics that are of concern to the sisters.  The articles provided on this website are a result of this research and include topics related to energy conservations, renewable energy, plastic alternatives, sustainable paper products, native plants, and water conservation, among others.  One key aspect of this research is to supply the reader with concrete action items that include specific vendors who are selling products that address a particular concern.
